I know the whole world is looking Wall Street, so i thought why not me as well? So i applied for IPO of a local bank for the first time and guess what?
I didn’t get any shares…. there was more than 40 similar names but Sigh!! I had waited for 3 gruesome hours in that long….so called short but never ending line but still…… May be you gotta have a luck or one attempt is not enough! I dunno which one is true though…
But still am optimistic about another bank… soon IPO is opening and i am all set to invest again…. hopefully that time my luck would work

my first attempt for investing in IPO never saw the day of light. Despite applying so early. and the person in my office who applied in last hour of closing got the shares.
Don’t lose the heart eventually it will work out.
Also if you are that keen you can always buy in secondary market after listing when correction happens.

Don’t despair… You’ll eventually get your ’share’ of the pudding (pun intended)
